Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CRMSVALUE, we strive to provide the best experience with our CRM platform. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which customers may cancel their subscriptions and request refunds.

1. Subscription Plans

CRMSVALUE offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to our pricing and billing terms as described during signup.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

  • Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No automatic charges will occur after your cancellation date.


3. Refund Policy

a. Monthly Plans

  • Refunds are not available for monthly plans once a billing cycle has started.

b. Annual Plans

  • Refunds may be granted within 7 days of the original purchase or renewal, provided no excessive usage has occurred.

  • After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable.

c. Upgrades & Add-Ons

  • Payments made for plan upgrades, add-ons, or user seat increases are non-refundable.


4. No Refunds For:

  • Partial usage of the service

  • Downgrade of the plan during the active subscription period

  • Non-usage or forgetting to cancel the service

  • Account termination due to violations of our Terms & Conditions


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible window, email us at billing@crmsvalue.com with your:

  • Full name

  • Account email

  • Subscription details

  • Reason for refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.


6. Auto-Renewals

All paid subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default at the end of each billing cycle. You may disable auto-renewal anytime from your account settings.


7. Service Termination by CRMSVALUE

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms & Conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.


8. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
