If you have signed up for the Growth, One Professional, or One Enterprise editions of the CRM, you get our standard support free of charge. This includes technical support through our traditional channels: Email, Phone, and Live Chat. Standard Support is free for all paid editions of the CRM.
Premium Support
Gain a dedicated account manager to guide you through every step of your CRM journey, along with extended support coverage and regular previews of our upcoming feature roadmap.
Premium Support is available annually for customers with 50+ users and can be added at just 25% of your subscription cost.
Onboarding
CRM Onboarding specialists create personalized plans based on your goals, user personas, and current tool integrations with crmsvalue.
They recommend features, share best practices, and provide an action plan to maximize CRM value for your business.
